Due to a rapid and unexpected government policy change, the planning application and build-out timetable became seriously constrained, which resulted in a requirement to achieve planning for the site within four weeks. Using our approach to manage both the "art" and "science" of Environmental Planning, we worked closely with our colleagues at Savills UK Ltd, to manage the full planning application. This required that we achieved a successful EIA screening opinion and delivered any remaining technical reports within three weeks.  Babbity rose to the challenge and completed on-time and within budget.
